Follow Up Counseling Session

Service Description

During this visit, we revisit your goals and update as needed to keep you accountable and focused. Follow up visits are utilized to provide a check-in on previous goals, identify any issues or concerns with current plan and find solutions to keep you on your path to success. You get share with me what is working so far and what needs some tweaking?  Celebrate what worked, figure out what did not and move ahead to the next level. ​​
